It was bloody hot.

Track was very well prepped and pretty wet in practice so I naturally rode cautiously

The event is run with four qualifiers, two semi's and the grand final

Got a 16th in my heat seeing me through to the semi final, rode ok ish

Got an ok start in the semi, rode like a gayer and became distracted with my silencer banging about as the bolt came out, so I had a silent tantrum and pulled out :o

So consolation final it was for me, really enjoyed it, had a good battle with the guy who was multi time centre enduro champion, and crossed the line just behind him, so was pleased I didnt load up after the semi and head home :xbeer Felt I rode well in that one :D

Anyway, to conclude I have now decided that I'm only going to race mx at Lyng in the future, I love the sand and am sick to death of frigging hardpack :mad::mad::mad:

So, I may spread my wing's for my mx racing, like the home of motocross in the future, proper tracks you see :xbeer:cool:

Not as much as Weston :p

It's a shame they are only a week apart, as I would do Weymouth this year as well

That looks like quite a good track for a mid weeker 2F. well done for seeing the meeting out too.

I think a lad from down here went up to try and get his expert points. Did you see a lad on a KTM250f called George Purchase?
