that track used to be 2 minuites away from my house, if its the one by the farm near the top woods closed years ago tho,think he just has shooting up there now.

...if you come into Nottingham from the M1...A456?..past the power station...just as the houses start there is a farm gate on the left...thats the turning (the track is on the side of a hill)...if you get to the roundabout with the pub - youve missed it....:)

A453 you mean :lol: the pubs called the crusaider. yea thats it i learn to ride in them fields but the track dosent exsist any more about10-15 years or so. ive heard loads about it but dont rember it that well was it a good track in your opion??? as the locals loved it. wish it was still there cold push my bike there :lol: :lol: :lol: got any more pics of the track???

:( thats the one mate ...was a great track ...it had a massive downhill drop-off and as you approached it all you could see was sky - awesome...:)

Shepshed MX club were the last to hold meetings there in the late 80's. Will try and dig out some pics - it was the track they put arrows/chevrons on the first corner so we all knew which way to turn...:lol: :lol: :lol:
