First Boxersise

In a bid to get fit i've doing bit and pieces at home,but last night i done my first ever boxersise really enjoyed it worked up a mega sweat and nearly landed the instructor one and i feel like i've been sexually abused by a rather large animal, but i go back for more next week:)

Seriously though boxercise classes are extremely intensive and you will get a bloody good workout as spags suggests :)

Where do you go Spags?

Ive been thinking about going for a while, im in Gosport. Used to box and train 2 times a week, but the local club isnt too clever! they just leave you to it. Which is no good if your lazy like me!
