I'v been on 2 course with Paul now, he'l start by giving everyone a breifing on what the plan of the day is,and general stuff on what we'l be doing.
then he'l let you on the track for 15mins or so,so he can watch you,and see your strenghts and weaknesses.
after this,you'l do the core skills as a group,taking it in turn to do each practice in front of Paul,and sometime Bryan,his dad.
Later in the day,he'l ask what else you feel you need to improve on,and he'l try and do a bit with each person indiviually.
he also does 1-on-1 coaching,that im hoping to do later this year.perhaps this would be better suited for you
