Default Fixed width or fluid

Hi all,

Just wondering which type of website you perfer using, especially when it comes to forums.

Fixed width site, are like this one, where the width doesn't change when you change the window size on your computer.

The fluid sites, are the ones like Adrenalintrip which take up the whole screen and change with the window size.

Cheers

J.

I prefer the fixed view, i did use the Racers Edge full screen for a couple days but found it was too far to scroll, the ole mouse was tired after a few posts... defo the fixed look, you dont wanna look same as AdTrip

The fluid type means that you don't have space either side of the forum. Also when you post large photos, they don't break the boundaries.

On a forum I don't really mind.
On a "normal" website then defo fluid.

If I had to choose then it would be fluid.
