Funkin hell Yamaha don't mess about...I enquired about a l/h rad and they wanted £430'ish...hence I have one GMX one I wonder what a bike costs to build out of brand new original parts, must be over £15,000

You would be better off buying a none runner or something to use for spare parts

im taking the engine out tonight (which will prob do damage that good) and dad is going to take it to a bloke who specializes in ally wleding tomorrow....

wouldnt have been so bad,if i had a 'spectacular spags spill'....at least then i'd have something to show for it

myles, when i snapped a peg on my 05 i rang up yamaha and they wanted 150 per peg

You should have no problem getting it welded I would have thought.
You dont need both halves nowadays, they are so well made you can just buy/fit one half.

Matching case halves and buying a matched pair and all that is a myth. You haven't need both halves for years.
