Default honda xr250r help

hi all i am mike dont know if i am in the right place but my xr 250 94 will not idle and at low speeds you have to keep reving it else it just dies also you have to bump it when you try to kick it up it sounds like it will start but never gets there hope sumone can help i will be greatfull for all replys

yeh its on/off road motocross the bike has no electrics its been striped for field use only

yea thats what i thougt i cleaned it i have been told its the low speed jet screw but i need more info on where to find this and how to adjust lol
