are you taking the 500 Lewis???

I cannot make it so I'll miss it, but it has to be one of the fastest tracks around these days and the 500 would be GREAT fun!!!

On the question of expert riders going, Alex Butler is booked in, he's a long time member of the club and rides the British MX2 champs (think he lies about 20th in the british series this year)

Paul Edge usually makes an appearance, fairly quick expert.

Gav (#3) is booked in

Paul Shires (P.Shires from adtrip) is booked in, he's ridden with the club a few times this year and rides pretty well.

Numbers are a bit low because the date has to be rescheduled from last week (acu would not issue permit for last week due to clashes with other clubs) but a lot will most likely turn up on the day if the weather is good.

It tends to draw people in as its a great place to ride

Still unsure, its either that or Pale Lane. Seen a few pics of Pale Lane and it looks alright. What you rekon?

If we take the 500 I dont think Ryan would be challenging the top boys, he's still got some practice to go yet!

Pale Lane is the same place as Elvetham ( I think that's how you spell it) only laid out a bit differently. It's right next to the M3 and just as fast. ..The last time we went there with Ady, he pulled out after winning two races as it was so boring. ..Usually when we go to SMX we have a good time and Tony lays out tracks to suit his riders many who seem to like easier tracks. ....The 500 would be fun there but make sure it's properly run-in!!!.
