Dobbin - if you can get into the habbit of eating brekkie first thing then I think it's a good thing. It helps with your metabolism, so it helps you to burn calories off throughout the rest of the day in a sustained manner.
Whenever I have bee slimming in the past I have allways eaten breakfast and had a light lunch.
Eating breakfast really does do what you say Les.

Yeah it does. It's one of the things that people trying to lose weight really should try to do if they can - even if it's just something smallish - metabolism kicks in and you're away. It also helps to stop you raiding the biscuit tin at 10:30 if you have a cup of tea.
..i never eat breakfast.... too busy...flash floods arrive in a ...FLASH...
i take a coffee...sossie sarnie (no sauce) .. about 10 am.....then work solid ..without a break or food until 9pm ...when i take some dinner and a glass of wine whilst on here
Is there not a saying something like......."Eat like a King for breakfast, a Prince for Lunch and a poorper for dinner"?
