Seriously though fella.. good stuff... I never had a problem with weight untill I stopped being non-stop at work.... as soon as I got into a desk job I started putting weight on, nothing dramatic but nowadays me Mum always seems to be havin a pop and now Lorna's telling me im bigger than ive ever been before... I seem to carry any surplus around the middle as my body belt will testify(sp) the dam thing never stays done up (i use electriacal tape to hold it on)

The stupid thing is I feel better carring the extra weight although I would like to lose a little round the middle but I aint willing to diet, so I need to do some sit-ups and stuff...
