32 minutes 8 seconds. I reckon I can go a bit quicker than that though. I set off far too quick - I did the first mile in 7 minutes, so I was huffing a puffing before I even reached the big hills! Juvenile schoolboy type error, so I hope to do better at the next one which is on June 23rd
