Default My 1st 10k run
Took part in the trowbridge 10k run yesterday and soon realised my training didnt help too much as most of it was off road

I cant upload the photos for some reason,but i have got one of 2 thumbs up

Well done for the run. have you got any more planned? i found when marathon training, that even if you cant train off road, do fartlek training and hill sprints. they fuck you over twice as quick but work so so well. lol.
