I sorted a mtb for the road. Slick tyres front and rear. Goes like a rocket now. Bit more durable and not so restricted to just the tarmac for a bit more of a varied ride.

Oh and a bit more comfortable!

well dad decided to map a 31 mile loop for me to do today.....he never mentioned it involved the mother of all hills......steeper than foxhills,hawkstone...you name it (well maybe not) still,was a long ol' drag and couldnt stop as i knew it would be even harder getting up to speed again....

anyway,completed it 1 hr 40mins,with a average speed of 18.6 mph. chuffed to bits with that.
