as ive decided not to ride this weekend (back still hurting from my big crash at caistor last week) im itching to get out on the bike. might pop down to my mates track after work on weds but decided to book in for chippenham next weekend. anyone else doing it? not been there for a few years, always used to get good results there in the schoolboys though so lookin forward to it

they said they were nearly full in adults so you best hurry up if your wantin to ride! what you ridin now? seen you had a good result at the dep last week. im gonna do the dep round at mildenhall, booked in tonight- be interesting
I suspect you remember when Chippenham was a sand track??? Not anymore
Not prepped very well, no cultivating, so he doesnt have to do so much grading.

to be fair, chippenhams never been a 'proper' sand track- its alot like finningley, got less and less deep over the years. i could race at finningley with mx90 as its only 8 miles from my house, but i fancy a change so chippenham it is (3 hour journey)
its about 3 and a half years since i raced there i think- it was alot more hardpacked then than when i was in the schoolboys and used to race the ymsa supernational there every year in the mid 90s, has it changed much since 05?
